Meet Dr. Adam Will

Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Will competed as a professional lacrosse player. Now a retired athlete, he continues to stay active while managing the long-term effects of past injuries and concussions. He understands firsthand what it’s like to want to keep training, stay competitive, and live actively—while also navigating the realities that come with years of physical wear and tear.

Having personally explored a wide range of performance and recovery approaches, Dr. Will brings a practical understanding of what works in real life. He recognizes the balance between ideal recommendations and what can realistically fit into someone’s schedule, responsibilities, and goals. This perspective helps shape conversations that feel relevant, achievable, and grounded in everyday life.

Dr. Will earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California, graduating with Cum Laude honours. His academic background, combined with real-world athletic experience, contributes to a thoughtful and practical approach to care that many patients value.

A Whole-Body Perspective

Appointments typically include a full-spine and extremity assessment, with care tailored to the individual. Dr. Will takes a whole-body view, recognizing that movement is never isolated to one area. He considers how different parts of the body influence one another, from how the foot interacts with the ground to how that may relate to the hips or spine.

He focuses on assessing movement and identifying areas that may be contributing to reduced function, while offering guidance on what may support day-to-day activity both in and outside the clinic.

Realistic, Collaborative Care

Dr. Will works with active adults and athletes across Port Moody and the Tri-Cities who want to continue training, working, and staying engaged in their routines. His approach is collaborative and grounded, recognizing that care should align with each person’s lifestyle and goals.
